Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept e-transfer and paypal.
What size are your tents?
The Ultimate and Stargazer are both 5m (16ft) with a total of 210sq feet.
How long does setup take?
An average setup takes 2 hours.
What is your policy for damaged tents?
Minor wear and tear are acceptable. Any major rips and/or stains we do request
between $100 - $250 to fix them.
Is delivery included?
Free delivery is included within 20 km of Langford. Over 20 km there is a delivery fee.
Can the tents handle all weather?
Our tents are 100% waterproof as well they have several vents for warmer weather.
What is your weather cancellation policy?
Rain is 100% good to go with our waterproof tents and can be quite relaxing.
However, if there is heavy rain/storm, we will reschedule for free.
How does the Movie Night work?
We provide the screen and projector plus delivery, set up, and takedown. You provide the cables for your device and the content!
A little info about the projector:
– it is best enjoyed after sunset, once it starts to get dark
– it has HDMI, VGA, USB, and AV inputs (includes HDMI cable, AV cable, power cord and remote)
– it has a built in speaker, and can also add a speaker with an AV cable
How much space is needed for the tent?
The 16′ Bell tent requires a 22×22′ or larger area
