How to Book Your Adventure

1. Secure a Campsite: Before booking your glamping tent package, make sure your preferred campsite is available. We can set up on any private land you have permission to be on, including backyards. Hipcamp and Campspot are great resources for finding unique tenting sites all throughout southern Vancouver Island. Learn more about securing a campsite on our FAQ page.

2. Choose Your Package: Visit our Glamping Packages page to select the perfect option for your needs, whether it's a romantic getaway, a girls weekend or a family vacation. 

3. Select Add-Ons: Enhance your stay with our custom add-ons.

Packing List for Your Glamping Trip

To ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay, we recommend bringing:

• Clothing: All the gear you'll need to be comfortable outdoors for the duration of your trip.

• Food: Island Glamping Adventures does not currently provide food service. Guests are responsible to pack all meals and snacks. A coleman stove, coffee percolator and plateware is available with your rental.

• Personal Items: Toiletries, medications, and sun protection.

• Special Extras: A good book, board games (we'll start you out with a few!), a journal - whatever you need to enjoy your time. 

 

Important Guidelines

• Respect Nature: Help us maintain the beauty of these special places by following Leave No Trace principles.

• Pet Policy: Pets are welcome on your trip but not inside the tents. Thank you for making a plan for your pets. 

• Safety First: Familiarize yourself with the provided safety guidelines and local wildlife information.
